Data Collection

We collect only what is needed to evaluate options, process applications you authorize, and meet legal duties.
Categories collected:

- Identifiers: name, address, email, phone, date of birth, SSN, driver’s license or other ID.

- Financial information: income, employment, assets, liabilities, credit history, property details.

- Documents: government IDs, pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, utility bills.

- Inferences and application notes used to match you to products.

- Website/technical data: IP address, device, and cookie/analytics data for security and site performance.

Sources: you, your authorized representatives, credit bureaus and verification vendors, lenders you choose, public records, fraud-prevention and KYC providers, and our website.

Secure Storage

We secure data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege and role-based access, MFA, vendor due diligence, logging and monitoring, employee training, and a tested incident-response plan. If a breach creates a risk of harm, we will notify you consistent with U.S. law.

Per Federal and State regulations whichever is greater.

Confidentiality

Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their duties. All are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

How We Use Information

Assess eligibility and present loan options you request.
Prepare, submit, and track applications you authorize.
Verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with KYC/AML, GLBA, and FCRA.
Communicate about your application and required disclosures.
Operate, secure, audit, and improve our services.

We do not use sensitive data for unrelated marketing. We do not market without your permission.

Sharing Information

We share only what is necessary for the purposes above:

Lenders and financial partners you select or authorize.
Service providers under contract (credit bureaus, identity verification, document storage, cloud hosting, analytics, communications).
Professional advisers and regulators where required by law.
Business transfers if we merge or sell assets, with the same protections.

Selling/Sharing for ads: We do not sell personal information and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Federal, and other states in which we are licensed in. If that ever changes, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and honor opt-out signals.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, UT, OR, TX, NJ), you may have rights to:

- Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold.
- Correct inaccuracies.
- Delete information, subject to GLBA/FCRA and recordkeeping requirements.

- Opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising (not currently applicable).
- Limit use of sensitive information for non-essential purposes (not applicable because we do not use it that way).
- Appeal a denied request (we will explain how in our response).

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for security and function and limited analytics to understand site performance. Manage cookies in your browser. Disabling some may affect functionality.

Data Retention

We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements. After that we securely delete or de-identify data. Per Federal or State law whichever is greater.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice if required.
